Personal Development Plan
This course looks at creating a personal development plan, developing your skills in goal planning and how to outline your goals using the SMART approach – it also helps you to identify and prioritise your learning needs.
There are five stages to a personal development plan and the module describes these in detail with examples, as well as outlining the benefits from using a personal development plan.
The course also describes how good formal and informal feedback from others, inside and outside the workplace, can help you to redefine your goals and update your personal development plan.
